South Africa and the Netherlands will be going head-to-head in the 15th ODI of the 2023 Cricket World Cup in India. South Africa have proven to be one of the best cricket sides in the world in the last two decades. However, the team hasn’t been able to record any notable trophy triumphs when it comes to ICC tournaments. They had an abysmal showing in the 2019 World Cup where the team crashed out in the group stage. Things have taken a turn this year as South Africa recorded an ODI series victory against Australia, cracking the top four of the ICC rankings. They have also shown some dominant performances in India, recording a 102-run win against Sri Lanka before beating the Aussies again by 134 runs. They will be heading into their upcoming clash against the Dutch side as the favourites to win.
